We currently ship to most serviceable locations within India. Delivery availability depends on courier partner coverage for your area.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on your location:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-metro cities & towns: 3–6 business days
  • Remote or special locations: 5–8 business days

These timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location, order value, and selected shipping method.

The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared with you. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your order.

If tracking details do not update immediately, please allow up to 24 hours for courier systems to refresh.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please refuse acceptance and inform us immediately.

If damage is discovered after delivery, notify us within 24 hours with clear photos or videos for assistance.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work closely with reliable courier partners, delays or losses may occur in rare cases. If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact our support team for resolution.

Ownership & Risk

Ownership of the product transfers to you upon successful delivery. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is marked as delivered by the courier partner.
